QXO is hiring a Staff AI Engineer, Full-Stack to shape the data and AI platform experience. You will own the application architecture, set engineering standards, and influence how multiple teams design, build, and ship features.

You will merge product judgment with technical ownership, deciding what users see, how the app is structured, and how AI is presented to ensure trust and actionable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience delivering full-stack products.
• Experience leading the architecture of a system or platform used by multiple teams.
• Strong TypeScript and React skills with backend Python capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define the application architecture and technical direction for the platform's user experience.
• Create a consistent, extensible product experience for new capabilities and teams.
• Design how AI features appear in the product, including uncertainty communication and user feedback capture.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate needs into adopted products.
