Lightfield is hiring for an AI/ML leader who will shape the next generation of AI-driven CRM experiences. You will identify opportunity areas, design scalable ML solutions, and push them from prototype to production.

Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration with founders are key parts of this role. The role emphasizes building domain-specific AI that outperforms generic LLMs, with early equity and meaningful compensation.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in CS, AI, or applied math and 5+ years building AI/ML products in NLP domains.
• Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks or cloud services.
• Hands-on ML Ops experience and ability to ship production features.

Responsibilities

• Create and ship highly differentiated AI experiences for sales teams.
• Define AI/ML strategy with founders and executives.
• Identify user needs suited for AI/ML and frame problems for solutions.
• Prototype and evolve AI/ML features into robust product capabilities.
• Help recruit and mentor a world-class AI/ML team.
