Job summary

Lightfield is seeking an experienced software engineer to help scale an AI-native CRM platform. You’ll own end-to-end features from design to production, across frontend and backend, and help build reliable, high-performance systems that leverage large language models.

You’ll collaborate with product and data teams to translate customer problems into effective technical solutions, mentor teammates, and codify engineering practices as we grow.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Experience building large-scale, high-performance systems.
• Excited about LLMs and AI-powered products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product leaders to translate problems into technical requirements.
• Build and maintain complex full-stack features and systems.
• Develop observability and metrics for reliable operation and continuous improvement.
• Lead design discussions, mentor teammates, and codify engineering practices.
