Job summary

TWG Group Holdings, LLC (TWG Global) is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to build agentic AI products for clients. You will own features end-to-end across Spring Boot, Python, and React, evaluating agent quality as the platform scales.

Expect collaboration with product, design, and engineers, plus mentoring junior teammates. You will design backend services and UIs, lead multi-tenant infra discussions, and contribute to system architecture while supporting iOS app features and maintaining high

Qualifications

• 8+ years building production software at scale.
• Hands-on experience with real LLM and agent applications.
• Direct experience with agent evaluation and improving prompts/models.
• Strong React with state management and performance.
• Strong Java with Spring Boot, plus Python proficiency.
• Relational DB design (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Cloud infra (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate agent-based software with multi-step tasks and tools.
• Build evaluation pipelines for LLM/agent quality and dashboards.
• Lead React frontend development with clean architecture and performance.
• Design and maintain backend services, APIs, and data models in Java and Python.
• Contribute to multi-tenant infra, auth, and async messaging.
• Support iOS app features including UI, networking, push, and release mgmt.
• Improve code quality, testing, and engineering standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide design feedback.
