Job summary

TWG Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build agentic AI products across web, backend, and iOS. You will own features end-to-end, from orchestration logic to React UIs and Swift iOS apps, and you will design evaluation systems to ensure agent quality as the platform scales.

You will collaborate with product, design, and other engineers, mentor junior teammates, and help advance our data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production software at scale.
• Hands-on experience with real LLM and agent applications, not demos.
• Experience with agent evaluation: golden datasets, offline evals, tool-call/trajectory scoring.
• Strong React skills with state management and component design.
• Strong Java with Spring Boot and Python proficiency.
• Relational DB design (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate agent-based software with tools, memory, and stateful workflows.
• Build and maintain evaluation pipelines for LLM and agent quality.
• Lead development of React frontends with clean architecture and performance.
• Design and maintain backend services, REST APIs, and data models in Java and Python.
• Contribute to system design across multi-tenant infrastructure and auth.
• Support features for native iOS app, including UI and release management.
• Drive code quality, testing discipline, and engineering standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and raise the bar through code reviews.
