Job summary

Luxer One in Sacramento, CA is seeking an embedded AI engineer to build agentic AI systems that drive real business outcomes. You will embed with a business unit, ship production AI solutions, and measure ROI across sales, operations, and customer success.

You move fast, work independently, and own end-to-end systems—from data integration to monitoring—using CRM, email, scheduling, and advertising APIs. If you have hands-on experience delivering production AI that changes workflows, this role

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to ship production AI systems that impact business metrics.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to own end-to-end systems.
• Experience integrating with business APIs (CRM, email/marketing, scheduling, advertising).
• Excellent communication across roles and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Embed with an assigned business unit and participate in operational cadences.
• Identify, scope, and prioritize agentic AI opportunities independently.
• Build and ship complete production systems end to end: from problem definition to deployment and monitoring.
• Own the ROI of every agentic workflow you deploy and report results to leadership.
• Collaborate with GMs, leaders, frontline teams, and operators to uncover AI leverage points.
• Integrate across CRM, email/marketing, scheduling, ERP, advertising APIs, etc.
• Manage deployed systems in production, monitor behavior, and improve continuously.
• Document reusable patterns and contribute to a shared AI engineering library.
• Stay current on agentic AI developments and bring proven advances into production.
