Job summary

Wand AI is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to build the AI and agentic engines behind governance, enabling agents to reason over messy organizational data and surface what humans need to see. This is not about daily AI usage; it’s about building end-to-end, production-grade systems with autonomy.

You’ll join the Org Intelligence team as a senior technical voice, proposing the approach, defending it, and delivering largely on your own.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building AI systems, not just using tools.
• Experience with knowledge graphs in shipped systems.
• Experience building agents or LLM-based systems that reason over unstructured data.
• Owns project from architecture to delivery with real autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI and agentic systems that analyze organizational data for governance and compliance.
• Build agents and pipelines using LLMs for large-scale data reasoning.
• Architect knowledge graph systems and leverage them for agent contexts.
• Take undefined problems and propose, defend, and implement real technical solutions.
• Apply engineering rigor to evaluate agent performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with Org Intelligence to deliver AI-driven governance insights.
