Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with 2+ years building agentic AI systems or LLM-powered applications in production.
• Proficiency with cloud technologies and GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents using Google ADK and other agentic platforms.
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems through APIs, MCP servers, and tool use architectures.
• Drive technical strategy and communicate complex agent architectures to stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact agent-powered projects on time and within budget.
• Architect multi-agent coordination patterns and tooling within UKG's HCM platform.
• Build observability, telemetry, and testing practices for agentic systems.
