Job summary

ŌURA in San Francisco is seeking a Staff AI Data Transformation Architect to lead Data AI enablement across the company, combining strategic roadmapping with hands-on work to scale AI safely and at global scale. You will own the Data AI strategy, governance, and tool estate, partnering with Security, Legal, and IT to build a trusted data layer across the organization.

This hybrid role reports to the VP, Data Engineering and Analytics and expects 8+ years in AI data solutions, enterprise data

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience scaling AI data solutions and enterprise adoption.
• Proven ability to build operating models, SOPs, and measurement systems.
• Experience influencing senior leadership on long-horizon technology investments.
• Deep fluency in LLMs and enterprise AI patterns.
• Hands-on experience administering at least one enterprise AI productivity tool.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Data AI enablement roadmap across data, product, engineering, science and business functions.
• Build the operating model for repeatable adoption: playbooks, shared tooling, evaluation frameworks, and success metrics.
• Establish a shared language and evaluation framework for leaders to assess AI opportunities.
• Drive build-vs-buy decisions for AI tooling and influence vendor strategy.
• Own the AI tool estate end-to-end: Databricks integration, multi-agent workflows, token management.
