Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software experience required.
• Proven experience optimizing AI systems with ML and systems techniques.
• Strong expertise in generative AI for agents and coding; clarity in APIs and docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead agent optimization efforts and design tooling for token-spend efficiency and latency.
• Develop and maintain agentic coding systems with high reliability and quality outputs.
• Understand AI application development patterns and evolving architectures.
• Own features end-to-end and collaborate with other teams for great developer experience.
• Work across Python, TypeScript, Java, and Go; document Temporal concepts and APIs.
• Engage with developer communities to debug issues and gather feedback.
• Travel to meet teammates once or twice yearly; attend conferences as optional.
