ArentFox Schiff LLP seeks a Staff Attorney for its Advertising team in Washington, DC, New York, or San Francisco. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years advising clients on advertising and marketing law, including substantiation, consumer protection, and unfair competition, with FTC/FDA and NAD/NARB/CARU experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience advising clients on advertising and marketing law.
• Experience with claim substantiation, consumer protection and unfair competition issues.
• Familiarity with FTC, FDA, and state attorney general investigations and enforcement matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on advertising and marketing law across brands and campaigns.
• Counsel on regulatory compliance, promotions, and influencer/social media marketing.
• Assist with NAD/NARB/CARU matters and related proceedings.
