Overview

• The Staff Attorney will join ArentFox Schiff's Advertising team, supporting a nationally recognized Advertising & Promotions practice representing major national and international brands.
• Core responsibilities include advising clients on a broad range of advertising and marketing law, such as claim substantiation, consumer protection and unfair competition issues, federal and state regulatory compliance, sweepstakes and promotions, influencer and social media marketing, and review of advertising and marketing materials.
• Experience counseling clients on FTC, FDA, and state attorney general investigations, enforcement matters, and proceedings before the National Advertising Division (NAD), National Advertising Review Board (NARB), and Children’s Advertising Review Unit (CARU) is a plus.
• Candidates with experience in consumer products, retail, technology, food and beverage, health and wellness, or media industries are particularly encouraged.
• This is a non-partnership-track Staff Attorney position requiring strong analytical, drafting, and client counseling skills.
