The role will work across actuarial, finance, data, and technology functions to deliver meaningful improvements that enhance efficiency, transparency, and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• ASA or equivalent designation.
• Demonstrates high quality judgment, organization and prioritization; communicates advanced mathematical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve valuation processes, controls, and operational effectiveness.
• Lead and support initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistency across valuation activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate current processes and implement sustainable improvements.
• Support valuation model development, enhancement, and validation efforts.
• Assist with implementation and integration activities for new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
