Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics or related field with 5 years of relevant experience.
• ASA or equivalent designation.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Works well under pressure and meets deadlines.
• Advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve valuation processes, controls, and operational effectiveness.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency across valuation activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate current processes and implement sustainable improvements.
• Support valuation model development, enhancement, and validation efforts.
