Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in Elkhart, IN is seeking a Staff Accountant – Costing & Inventory to join a manufacturing team. You will support inventory tracking, costing, and close processes, partnering with plant leadership and finance to ensure accurate records.

The role offers exposure to BOM management, ERP-based costing, and month-end activities. Ideal for early-career accountants looking to grow in manufacturing costing and inventory analysis.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0–3 years of accounting experience; manufacturing or inventory experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis.
• ERP system experience preferred; familiarity with inventory or costing modules is helpful.

• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and adjustments to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Maintain and review BOMs and product costing within the ERP system.

Overview of the Staff Accountant – Costing & Inventory role:

• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and inventory adjustments to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Maintain and review Bill of Materials (BOMs) and product costing within the ERP system.
• Analyze material, labor, and overhead variances and support reporting for plant leadership.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and inventory valuation.

Preferred Qualifications for the Staff Accountant – Costing & Inventory role:
