Job summary

CFS in Carmel, IN is seeking a Staff Accountant (Manufacturing) to join a fully on-site team. You will own full-cycle accounting tasks, interact with leadership and operations, and ensure accurate cost and financial reporting in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in cost accounting. This role offers stability, visibility, and opportunity for growth into senior accounting

• Support month-end close, general ledger activity, and financial reporting
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with cost accounting, inventory tracking, and manufacturing variance analysis
• Analyze financial data to support operational and business decisions
• Partner with operations to ensure accurate expense tracking and reporting
