Responsibilities

• Process and deposit donations, ensuring accurate records in QuickBooks.
• Generate and verify donor reports for payment batches.
• Review, approve, and process expense reports and reimbursements.
• Manage credit card transactions and assign charges to accounts.
• Create purchase orders and coordinate approvals for recurring expenses.
• Oversee petty cash management and monthly reconciliation.
• Track and allocate departmental expenses and copy charges.
• Support financial reporting and maintain donation records.
