Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant to support a high-volume reconciliation project in Houston, TX. The role emphasizes accuracy and process standardization ahead of a OneStream implementation.

The candidate should have hands-on reconciliation experience, strong Excel skills, and ERP exposure. Hybrid work schedule with on-site days during monthly close and remote work otherwise. This is a 6+ month contract position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on reconciliation experience
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills
• ERP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform bank and cash reconciliations
• Complete general ledger account reconciliations
• Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Perform AP/AR reconciliations
• Complete intercompany reconciliations
• Process accounting transactions and supporting entries
• Prepare and maintain continuity schedules
• Download data from ERP into Excel templates
• Upload reconciliation schedules into OneStream
• Attach supporting documentation in OneStream
• Research and identify account discrepancies
• Assist with cleanup and standardization of reconciliations
