Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience typically required
• Experience with MS Office Suite including Excel, Outlook and Word; Deltek Vision preferred

Responsibilities

• Reviews and reconciles assigned balance sheet accounts for each country for monthly reconciliation
• Books monthly journal entries including reclasses and accruals for each company
• Reviews expenses to ensure all expense accounts in all companies are recorded properly and reclass if needed
• Applies payments daily to invoices and prepares consultant payments based on invoices
• Prepares cash logs for daily deposit files and associated documents
• Reviews fixed asset items and reclassifies into appropriate asset when placed in service; adds asset into Sage
• Prepares and books fixed asset depreciation monthly
• Assists with government surveys and consolidates reporting
• Runs Rev Gen weekly and monthly to report revenue results
• Assists with ad-hoc reporting, journal entries, research, requests and adjustments
