Qualifications

• 1-2 years of accounting experience, including public accounting and/or public company experience.
• Experience in the real estate and/or construction industry preferred.
• Familiarity with process improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Assist with General Accounting processes and activities.
• Prepare accounting transactions and maintain records for accuracy.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Assist in developing accounting policies and internal controls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support system enhancements.
