Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; GAAP knowledge.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting project costs, budgets, and variances.
• Experience supporting project-based or construction-related accounting environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy in financial records, reconciliations, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform budgeting support tasks, including variance analysis and financial data analysis using Excel data tools.
