Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with ERP or project accounting systems.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries and month-end close.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Analyze general ledger accounts for discrepancies and opportunities.
• Record cash receipts and maintain cash reporting; bank reconciliations.
• Process monthly credit card statements and vendor invoices, with proper approvals.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual tax returns.
• Support audits with schedules and documentation.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reporting.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
