Job summary

Kelly Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Staff Accountant to keep the day-to-day finances accurate. You’ll support payroll, accounts payable, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end close while collaborating across the accounting team.

This role involves both routine tasks and more detailed work such as audits, financial statement reviews, and regulatory filings, requiring strong organization and deadline discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; an associate degree may be considered with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and maintain related employee, tax, and benefits records.
• Manage accounts payable invoices, W-9 verification, payment runs, and due dates.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and submit tax, regulatory, compliance, and government reports.
• Support audits, account reconciliations, and financial statement reviews.
• Assist with month-end close and provide backup support to accounting colleagues.
