Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions and weekly payment runs.
• Maintain financial records, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with compliance-related accounting activities and payment reviews.
• Support vendor onboarding and W-9 administration.
• Assist with audit preparation and provide requested financial documentation.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding accounting processes.
