Job summary

Staff Accountant position in the Kent area, WA. Full-time, 100% onsite, reporting to the Controller. The role covers the full accounting cycle, including A/R, A/P, GL, reconciliations, and month-end close.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with A/R, A/P, GL, and reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP systems experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable activities including invoicing, payment application, research, and collections support.
• Accounts Payable processing, coding, and payment support.
• General Ledger accounting and journal entries.
• Bank, balance sheet, and GL reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare reports and support Controller on additional projects.
