Qualifications

Job description

Ziegler Companies has an opening for an Accountant. This position will focus on the accounting and banking activities related to Ziegler Companies' real estate holdings. This position will work on-site at the Bloomington location.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
  • Reconcile assigned accounts and bank statements
  • Assist with various daily and monthly cash activities (e.g. Reconciliations, debt management, etc.)
  • Maintain financial databases, computer software systems and manual filing systems
  • Assist with annual audit
  • Works in a cooperative manner with team and superiors
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies

Qualifications

• • Bachelor's Degree required; accounting, finance or business related preferred

The pay range for this position is

$55,900.00 to $67,000.00

Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant's location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
