Job summary

  • Keep current on pronouncements such as SFAS and SAS.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the Firm.
  • Handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Begin developing client relations while identifying opportunities to bill for additional services.

  • Behave professionally.
  • Follow firm procedures and comply with Firm policies as outlined in the personnel manual.
  • Identify problems early in engagements and deal with such problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, accurately, and efficiently with minimal supervision, while still meeting deadlines.
  • Accept increasing responsibility for engagements, business correspondence, and some research with little input from the supervisor, manager, or partner.
  • Make basic decisions regarding routine work without supervision.
  • Begin developing client relations, through routine engagements, keeping in mind the need to bill additional services and to attract new business to the Firm.
