Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Staff Accountant to support a multi-location restaurant group with close processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will work on journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory and payroll reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely closes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel and software skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of accounting experience.
• Experience with reconciliations and month-end close.
• Strong accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
• Restaurant or Multi-Unit Oversight

• Support month-end and year-end close
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
• Reconcile daily sales and deposits
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial reports and review variances
• Reconcile payroll and inventory accounts
• Support sales tax reporting and audits
• Maintain accurate records and controls
