The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, with a focus on accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and expense processing related to multiple locations.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience delivering influence through cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support accounting activities within specified store groups.
• Process and reconcile accounting transactions across multiple locations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain and reconcile subsidiary ledger accounts.
• Review expenses, intercompany charges, and allocations for accuracy.
• Identify variances and prepare correcting entries for GL reconciliations.
• Collaborate with management to address accounting questions and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
