Job summary

Brame Holdings seeks a Staff Accountant to support accounting operations across a diversified portfolio including restaurants, auto dealerships, and construction businesses. You will contribute to month-end close, reconciliations, and industry-specific accounting tasks in a multi-entity environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years of accounting experience, and strong GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to multi-entity environments.
• Experience in restaurants / hospitality, auto dealerships, or construction sectors.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and multi-entity accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations).
• Experience with Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger accuracy across multiple entities and cost centers.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Support monthly and year-end close processes
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, loans, and intercompany transactions
• Assist with financial reporting and management schedules
