You will manage AP/AR, 1099 processing, job cost tracking, journal entries, and GL reconciliations, collaborating with leadership to maintain accurate financials and timely reporting. Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong AP/AR and high-volume transactional accounting experience.
• Ability to work independently in a focused, detail-oriented role.
• Comfortable in a smaller, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting for multiple entities (7–10+)
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including 1099 processing
• Perform job cost accounting and track project financials
• Prepare journal entries and manage prepaid expense amortization
• Complete general ledger reconciliations and analysis
• Assist with monthly financial statement preparation
• Partner with leadership on ongoing accounting operations
