Job summary

Dexian in New York is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage general ledger, close processes, and ensure accuracy of financial records. The role emphasizes GAAP compliance, internal controls, and collaboration with audit teams.

You will analyze variances, support ERP-related improvements, and deliver clear financial reporting, leveraging Excel and corporate accounting experience to meet deadlines and protect confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, or a combination of both.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and the ability to apply accounting guidance to complex transactions.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and solve problems effectively.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, system upgrades, or process optimization initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities
