Job summary

On Top of the World Communities in Ocala, FL seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage daily banking, accounts payable and receivable, and intercompany reconciliations across several entities, while upholding OTOW standards and maintaining strict confidentiality. You will support Controllers, payroll reconciliations, tax reporting, and ensuring accurate, timely financial records.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 3+ years of accounting experience are required; Timberline,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (4+ years substitution possible)
• 3+ years of accounting experience required
• Experience with Timberline, Newstar, Loan Ledger, and Jenark preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages daily banking activities and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple companies and accounts
• Performs daily accounts payable/receivable tasks including billing and vendor payments
• Maintains mortgage database entries, posting payments, processing ACH drafts, and resident communications
• Performs and reviews reconciliations for general ledger accounts on a routine basis
• Supports Controllers with accounting functions and tax/payroll reconciliations as needed
• Ensures confidentiality and security of financial files and adheres to OTOW standards
