Job summary

Tecumseh Products Company is seeking an eager accounting/treasury support professional to join our finance team in Mississippi. The role includes assisting in month-end and year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting external audits.

The ideal candidate has an undergraduate accounting/finance degree and at least one year of related experience, with strong Excel skills and proficiency in Oracle or similar financial systems. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting/treasury environment or similar.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; ability to research and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Support general accounting, inter-company accounting, cash management, and financial reporting.
• Assist monthly close across all locations and consolidation efforts.
• Help design/validate GL system changes to meet accounting requirements.
