Job summary

Xcaliber International LTD., LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant in Pryor, Oklahoma. The role focuses on month-end close, reconciling accounts, booking journal entries, and maintaining fixed assets and prepaid schedules. The position supports audits and budgeting, with emphasis on Excel, ERP systems, and manufacturing cost awareness.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication and detail orientation, plus the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure. Some travel to Pryor facility is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma (Associate’s Degree in Accounting preferred).
• Beginner to Intermediate Excel skills (PivotTables and VLOOKUPs a plus).
• Critical thinking/analytical skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Manufacturing experience a plus.
• Integrated manufacturing systems/ERP skills a plus.
• Experience with state tax reporting, such as excise tax and sales/use tax, a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly account reconciliations, including daily cash reconciliation.
• Prepare and book journal entries.
• Maintain fixed asset accounting.
• Maintain prepaid expenses schedules.
• Review daily inventory spreadsheets.
• Prepare and file monthly sales/use tax reports.
• Support external audits.
• Support the CFO and Accounting Manager in budgeting/forecasting process.
• Support other departments with expenditure information requests, as necessary.
