Job summary

Xcaliber International in Pryor, OK is seeking a Staff Accountant to manage month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, fixed assets, and assist with inventory and audits. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, proficiency in Excel, and experience with integrated manufacturing ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's in Accounting is preferred.
• Excel: PivotTables and VLOOKUPs are a plus.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
• Experience with integrated manufacturing ERP systems is a plus.
• Some travel to Pryor, OK manufacturing facility is expected (<20%).

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly account reconciliations, including daily cash reconciliation.
• Prepare and book journal entries.
• Maintain fixed asset accounting.
• Review daily inventory spreadsheets.
• Prepare and file monthly sales/use tax reports.
• Support external audits and the budgeting/forecasting process.
• Assist CFO and Accounting Manager as needed.
