Responsibilities

• Manage corporate credit card transactions and employee expense reimbursements.
• Track and report on company travel spending.
• Maintain prepaid expense schedules and record monthly amortization.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support accounting activities for international operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses as needed.
