Seaga Manufacturing Inc is seeking a Staff Accountant to support our River Falls, WI location. You will prepare month-end journal entries, run operator billing, and perform balance sheet reconciliations in NetSuite under U.S. GAAP.

This hands-on role offers ownership of the close and exposure to finance leadership. The role requires 2–4 years of GL experience, NetSuite ERP familiarity, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 2–4 years of general ledger experience, including month-end close and reconciliations.
• ERP experience (NetSuite preferred); advanced Excel (XLOOKUP, pivot tables) required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post recurring journal entries and accruals on a structured month-end close calendar.
• Execute daily and weekly operator billing processes and reconcile related accounts.
• Prepare monthly entity trial balance for consolidation and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Record intercompany transactions and reconcile intercompany balances monthly.
• Support audits, tax filings, and process improvements across the close.
