Seaga Manufacturing Inc. in River Falls, WI is seeking a Staff Accountant to support our location and the network of operator partners across the U.S. The role focuses on month-end journal entries, weekly operator billing, and balance sheet reconciliations in NetSuite under US GAAP.

This hands-on position offers ownership of the close process on a small team, exposure to finance leadership, and opportunities to improve close efficiency and reporting as we bring processes in-house.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post recurring journal entries and accruals on a structured month-end close calendar, including cash, payroll, prepaids, fixed assets and depreciation, leases, and reserves.
• Execute the daily and weekly operator billing process: generate billing reports, upload and validate vendor bills in NetSuite, resolve import errors, and prepare review packages.
• Verify vendor and banking setup for new operators, prepare payment populations, and monitor ACH returns.
• Prepare the daily cash report: record daily bank and payment processor settlements, including processing fees, and tie them to source reports.
• Accrue and reverse month-end unsettled sales, fees, and unbilled operator activity.
• Prepare the monthly entity trial balance for consolidation and balance sheet reconciliations (cash, AR, AP, inventory, fixed assets, contract assets, finance receivables)
• Record intercompany transactions with affiliated locations and reconcile intercompany balances monthly, resolving differences before close
• Maintain supporting schedules for contract assets, software capitalization, and AR, finance receivable, and inventory reserves.
• Prepare P&L and balance sheet flux analysis
• Prepare 13-week cash flow forecast for controller review
• Support external audits, sales and use tax filings, and process improvements across the close.

Seaga Manufacturing Inc, seeks a Staff Accountant to primarily support our River Falls, WI location, which operates a network of self-service micro-market kiosks with operator partners across the U.S. The Staff Accountant prepares month-end journal entries, runs weekly operator billing, and reconciles balance sheet accounts in NetSuite under U.S. GAAP.

This is a hands-on role on a small team that is bringing these processes in-house. It offers direct ownership of the close and visibility to finance leadership.
