Santa Barbara Infrared, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant in Santa Barbara to manage month-end closings, journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable, credit card processing, and banking activities including wires and ACH, with payroll support and audit assistance.

As a fast-paced, HEICO subsidiary, you will interact with the Director of Finance and the Controller, ensuring accurate financial data, timely reporting, and compliance with company policies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AP, AR, payroll and/or journal entries.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.

Mansioni

• Month-end close including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable, file invoices, and process payments.
• Manage banking activities including wires and ACH; credit card processing.
• Support payroll and assist Controller with audits and special projects.
