Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing Campus trial balances by creating and entering journal entries and reconciling General Ledger accounts.
• Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and credit card accounts.
• Assist in developing and improving accounting processes and internal controls.
• Coordinate interfund transfers between the Campus and other entities, including resident deposits.
• Maintain fixed assets, enhance capital purchasing processes, and standardize inventory controls.
• Standardize work methods and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
