Norwegian Cruise Line in Miami, FL seeks a Staff Accountant to provide accounting and analytical support to the Finance department. You will prepare monthly journal entries, assist with month-end close, and support quarterly reviews and audits.

Strong Excel and ERP experience are required, with multi-currency knowledge considered a plus. The position requires a Bachelor's in accounting and at least 2 years of accounting experience, including familiarity with large ERP systems and AI productivity

Formación

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
2 years accounting experience; public/private mix a plus.
Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced Excel; PowerPivot a plus.
Experience with PeopleSoft or large ERP systems.
Experience with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) a plus.
Ability to multitask and handle large data volumes.
Multi-currency experience is a plus.
Willing to work extra hours during month-end close.

Responsabilidades

Provide accounting and analytical support to Accounting/Finance.
Prepare monthly journal entries and schedules; support quarterly reviews and audits.
Assist month-end close and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and prepare bank reconciliations.
Support special projects and process improvements with the Transformation team.
Assist in ensuring accurate financial reporting and data integrity.
