Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line in Miami, FL seeks a Staff Accountant to provide accounting and analytical support to the Finance department. You will prepare monthly journal entries, assist with month-end close, and support quarterly reviews and audits.

Strong Excel and ERP experience are required, with multi-currency knowledge considered a plus. The position requires a Bachelor's in accounting and at least 2 years of accounting experience, including familiarity with large ERP systems and AI productivity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 2 years accounting experience; public/private mix a plus.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel; PowerPivot a plus.
• Experience with PeopleSoft or large ERP systems.
• Experience with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) a plus.
• Ability to multitask and handle large data volumes.
• Multi-currency experience is a plus.
• Willing to work extra hours during month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting and analytical support to Accounting/Finance.
