You will collaborate with business leaders to turn numbers into actionable insights, contribute to KPI reporting, variance analysis, and participate in special projects and system implementations that drive our growth. This role demands accuracy, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or cost accounting preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly/year-end close processes including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including forecasts and variance analyses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting with data-driven insights.
• Participate in system implementations and ad hoc financial analyses.
