Job summary

Amwear-USA in Corona, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant with 2–3 years of experience to support daily financial operations, month-end close, and reporting.

You will maintain general ledger, prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, assist with budgeting, and collaborate with sales and operations. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in wholesale, distribution, or retail.
• Understanding of inventory accounting and COGS.
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts related to inventory, COGS, and revenue.
• Assist with monthly and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with accounts payable.
• Prepare sales and expense reports for management.
• Support pricing, margin, and cost analysis.
• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Process payroll and sales commission.
• Help ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and purchasing.
