Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• 1–3+ years of accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Experience with general ledger reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP and inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain documentation.
• Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts.
• Review transactions for accuracy and proper documentation.
• Maintain orderly accounting records per policies.
• Assist with sales tax processes and audits.
