Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking a Staff Accountant to prepare, review, and enter financial documents for accurate P&L creation while improving current processes. You will ensure intercompany transfer accuracy and assist audits within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include daily intercompany balancing, inventory matching, and month-end close tasks, with a focus on reporting and control. A Bachelor's in accounting and strong Excel skills are required to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proficient in Excel, excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented, self-starter with good problem-solving and time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations and process journal entries.
• Assist month-end close and intercompany transfer balancing.
• Balance accounts across multiple systems and prepare periodic reports.
