Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial services or accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system.
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Download and reconcile monthly cash receipts and deposits to the general ledger and bank statements.
• Generate invoices and process weekly bank disbursements.
• Enter, review, and code invoices and EFT disbursements.
• Print weekly checks, route to CEO for signature, and maintain check log.
• Download, review, and code weekly corporate credit card transactions.
• Obtain required management approvals and signatures.
• Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare miscellaneous journal entries as needed.
• Process recurring state tax payments.
• Assist with annual 1099 reporting and ACH Positive Pay approvals.
