Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Staff Auditor or Accountant.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ERP system experience (Syspro is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own key components of the monthly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Analyze balance sheet and income statement activity, investigating variances and discrepancies.
• Support accounting across inventory, costing, AR, AP, cash, and fixed assets.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to understand the financial impact of inventory, purchasing, production, and material movement.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Turn financial and operational data into clear, actionable information.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve the accuracy and efficiency of accounting processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and build better processes.
• Take ownership of issues through resolution.
