• Property Management experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly P&L statements
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Prepare and review monthly allocations
• Analyze accounts and procedures
• Prepare journal entries and support GL
• Assist Controller with balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist in audits
• Other duties as needed
